Voices are generated once, then kept on your phone. Replays use no data.
IT support technicians help people solve computer problems. When a printer will not work, when email stops syncing, when a screen goes black, when a computer is too slow — that is when people call IT support. You are the first person they talk to, and your patience and problem-solving skills determine whether their problem gets fixed.
In any company — banks, hospitals, schools, shops — computers break and people get frustrated. Your job is to stay calm, listen carefully, diagnose the problem, and fix it. Sometimes the fix is simple (restart the computer), sometimes it is complex (network outage affecting the whole office). Either way, you are the bridge between frustrated users and working technology.
